US Election-“Two Visions, One Choice: Harris vs. Trump.”

The United States’ European allies are preparing for an America that will be less interested in them, no matter who wins the presidential election – and for old shocks and new problems if Donald Trump returns to the White House. The election comes more than 2 1/2 years after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, in which Washington made the largest contribution to the defense of Kiev. There are question marks over whether this will continue under Trump, and how committed he will be to NATO allies in general.
Harris and Trump are in a dead heat and the outcome could be decided by voter turnout in the seven key swing states.
